Saybrook College

Communication and Consent Educators

Saybrook CCEs are part of a larger group of 40 students who work within Yale's residential colleges to promote healthy communication, relationships, and sexuality on campus. Although employed by the Yale College Dean's Office, the CCEs serve as a liaison between Saybrugians and the administration and are happy to talk to you about any issue related to communication and consent.

Brooke Gogel SY'14

Brooke is a junior in Saybrook College, majoring in Political Science. Brooke is a tour guide, a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority, and part of the Yale Women's Field Hockey Team. Because she is also involved with Community Health Educators, she's comfortable discussing all topics (even the awkward ones!) with students on campus.

Tate Harshbarger BR'14

Tate Harshbarger is a junior in Branford majoring in Economics and Psychology. Spending significant parts of his life in both the Hoosier State and the Golden State, he loves the sun and the great outdoors. He is a member of the football team and an avid intramural bowler in the spring. Tate is excited about having open, honest discussions about sex-related issues on campus this year.

Natalia Khosla SY '14

Natalia is a junior in Saybrook College and a Psychology major. She works on gender and racial bias research in Yale's Psychology department. She is a YaleDancer, a Yale Jashan Bhangra Team member, and an active member of Yale's NAPAWF, a non-profit empowerment group for Asian and Pacific-American women. Natalia loves to dance, travel, ski, and hang out in her amazing hometown, Chicago. She can't wait to spread the word about respecting others while respecting yourself in the CCEs' journey for a sexually safe campus.
